Egypt records - Menozzi (1929e: 125) reported one worker, collected in Sinai, at Wadi Scheich, by F S Bodenheimer. Finzi (1936) reported it from Mt Sinai, Sinai Peninsula; Santschi (1938a: 38) a damaged queen from Alfia, 18.x.1914.
