Archaeology: learning, teaching, research

Providing world-class expertise on a wide range of ages, places and topics, we offer innovative and stimulating learning and research opportunities. We provide a wide range of university courses and resources, including laboratories and the Digital Humanities Centre.

Our staff are involved in archaeological projects in the UK and overseas, and students are frequently invited to participate.

Sir Francis Hill Postrgraduate Scholarship for 2017 entry

Description
One Sir Francis Hill Scholarship is available for the academic year 2017/18. This award is open to nominations from the Faculties of Social Sciences and Arts. Students with a conditional or an unconditional offer on a PhD research programme at the University of Nottingham, or who are currently in the first year of their PhD are eligible to apply.
