The Insessional programme offers non-assessed, non-credit bearing English language support. Our friendly and professional tutors, experienced in teaching English for Academic Purposes, will help you to cope with language, study skills and understanding British academic expectations, while you study in your department.
The programme is designed for international students and EU students who are registered at the University of Nottingham and who have met the university's minimum English language entry requirements. The main programme runs from October to July, and consists of weekly classes, in modules lasting from three to nine weeks, as well as individual consultations.
