We have several major research themes within our school based around each division.
Given the multidisciplinary nature of our work there is significant overlap in their activities and collaboration between them.
Several of our divisions are also part of the Collaborations for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care .
CLAHRCs were established through funding from the National Institute of Health Research to undertake high-quality applied health research focused on the needs of patients and to support the translation of research evidence into practice in the NHS. The CLAHRC Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire is a collaborative partnership between the University of Nottingham and NHS Trusts and local authorities in the East Midlands.
