We are responsible for a number of key services including:

  • Undergraduate and Postgraduate student recruitment marketing
  • The University's public website
  • press releases, media handling and podcasts
  • corporate identity development
  • the promotion of the University's research activities

We also provide a communications and marketing support service for Schools and Departments within the University.

The Communications and Marketing Strategic Plan 2010-13 is now available on our workspace site for staff to download.

The Communications team promotes and defends the University’s reputation, through the media and a variety of other channels. The team is responsible for news and media, along with a range of other services.

Corporate Marketing promotes and builds The University brand in the external marketplace and assists internal stakeholders with professional marketing activity. 

 

Student recruitment

Student recruitment marketing

The student recruitment team plans and delivers marketing campaigns that aim to recruit undergraduate and postgraduate students to the University.

Web

Marketing web team

The web team develop and support websites, pages and content within The University of Nottingham website using the Contensis Content Management System or CMS.
