Biography

I am a PhD candidate in the School of Economics where my interests lie in development economics and microeconometrics. I have an MSc in Economics and Ecometrics from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Economics from the Univeristy of Bath.

Current Research

My research focuses upon the income generating activities of households in Uganda during a period of relatively high economic growth between 1990-2010. In particular it involves empirical analysis using a number of large and nationally represenative houhsehold surveys conducted over the period of interest to identify the causes and consquences of households engaging in a diverse number of income generating activities.
