Chris Pearson has been a member of the School of English staff since September 2001 when he returned to Britain after thirty years abroad. He has worked as an English teacher and trainer in a number of countries, including Spain, Qatar, China, Turkey and the U.A.E. He is currently Director of the School of English's in-house training course for Chinese Secondary-level teachers of English. He also teaches on the undergraduate Introduction to TEFL course and supervises a number of MA student dissertations.
