Keith Baker has a background in electrical engineering with some mechanical and chemical engineering skills. His main interests are in the application of environmentally friendly technologies and in the recycling and recovery of materials. He is Director of the Environmental Technology Centre (ETC) whose main functions are Knowledge and Technology Transfer.
Keith has extensive experience in ERDF funding and project management.

He is actively involved in the development of the Environmental Technology Centre (ETC) as a major resource in the UK having a focus on technology transfer. He is involved in seeking funding and research opportunities for the University and developing products and services to business that utilise the Universities capabilities.
