Institute student awarded place at 'Cyberbullying' training school in Australia.

Magda Marczak, currently undertaking her PhD studies at the Institute, has been awarded a unique opportunity to study cyberbullying in Melbourne, Australia. The training school was set up as a joint initiative between the European COST program and the Australian Department of Innovation, Industry, and Science Research. Magda fought off strong competition from both EU and Australian students to secure one of only 30 available places, and will be joining other researchers in looking at ‘Innovation and sustainability in cyberbullying prevention’.

Further information on Magda’s research interests is available on our research pages .

Further information on COST and the training school can be found on the COST website .
