Biography

Prior to joining IWHO, Marshall had more than 12 years of teaching and research experience in the University of the Philippines and De La Salle University. In 2007, he was the recipient of the First Jung Tae-Gon Young Scholar Award given by the Asian Association of Social Psychology. His professional experience includes serving as: Program Director in the Lasallian Institute for Development & Educational Research (2001-2010) heading an educational development program for public high schools; a Research Fellow in the Social Development and Research Center (2009-2010); and a member of the Board of Directors of the Psychological Association of the Philippines (2008-2010). Marshall has also been a human resources and organizational development consultant and trainer for the past 15 years. His training and consultancy projects were with various private and government organizations in the Philippines and Guam, USA.
