Strategic Thinking - What's it got to do with me?

Corporate strategy, business strategy, strategic management and the like are often seen primarily as the concerns of the top managers of large corporations. Newer thinking about organisations and how they are managed suggests that this is wrong. Strategic issues are increasingly understood as matters for all managers and as equally relevant to small enterprises as they are to big businesses. This workshop, lead by Tony Watson, will look at this newer thinking and debate its relevance to some research-derived case studies and to the participants’ own businesses.

The workshop will start at 0930 and finish no later than 1600; lunch will be provide as will refreshments throughout the day.  It is priced at £50 per person and includes a copy of all the material delivered throughout the workshop.
