By park and ride

The University area of the city is easy to reach using the Nottingham tram network and this can help you avoid traffic queues on the day at the peak times of 8.30-9.30 and 3.30-4.30.

Toton Lane park and ride is close to the M1 and the tram runs directly to University Park campus from there.

All-day tram travel costs just £2 with an ‘event ticket’ – choose this option when buying your travel pass at the tram stop, and ensure you have your open day booking confirmation as proof that you will be attending this event.
