Examiners and Invigilators

The Examinations Office recruits new invigilators twice a year to work as part of the Examinations Office team. We employ both Nottingham Postgraduate research students (PhD, MPhil and Professional Doctorate only) and individuals from the wider community to act as invigilators for both main and alternative arrangement examinations which take place on University Park Campus and Sutton Bonington Campus, near Loughborough.

Invigilators work with the Exams Team within the Academic Services Division. Various hours are available from approximately 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday during examination periods. The autumn semester examinations for 2011/2012 will be held from Monday 16 January - Saturday 28 January 2012 and Spring examinations will be held from Monday 21 May – Friday 9 June 2012.
