University Houses
University Houses are furnished properties and are suitable for couples and families for students, staff and visitors. Student groups can also rent these. Accommodation in University Houses isn't guaranteed but there are a range of properties of varying size and price you can apply for.
Please note that rent for all University Houses is required for a minimum of three months.
• Size: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom furnished houses/flats
• Rent: £584 to £1025 per month
• Bills: additional to rent
Abbey House
• Size: 1 and 2 bedroom furnished flats
• Rent: £584 to £673 per month
• Bills: included in rent - heating, lighting, water rates, internal telephone with Student Network Service (SNS) internet facility
• Size: 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom furnished houses
• Rent: from £446 to £600 per month
• Bills: additional to rent (shared student houses inclusive of water, heating & lighting)
• Size: 3 bedroom furnished houses
• Rent: £500 to £623 per month
• Bills: additional to rent (shared student houses inclusive of water, heating & lighting)
St Michael’s Flats
• Size: 1, 2 and 3 bedroom furnished flats
• Rent: £542 to £623 per month
• Bills: included in rent - heating, lighting, water rates and Student Network Service (SNS) internet facility
