Postgraduate students can take advantage of our accommodation guarantee which guarantees you a room in self-catered University-arranged accommodation for your first year, providing you meet our accommodation guarantee criteria. Alternatively you may prefer to live in the private sector in a private house or in in one of Nottingham's independent student villages.

Our accommodation is purpose-built and you will have everything you need right where you need it – from laundry and kitchen facilities to bike storage. All the accommodation is within easy walking distance to campus. Also, budgeting is made easier by having all your bills, internet and insurance included in your fees.
We have certain blocks dedicated to postgraduate students if you would prefer more peace and quiet, but there are always activities organised that you can join in with to get to know your fellow students.

Students studying Graduate Entry Medicine (GEM), Graduate Entry Nursing (GEN), postgraduate research students of the Division of Medical Sciences and Graduate Entry Medicine, and BSc Medical Physiology and Therapeutics, will be studying at our Derby campus and can apply for accommodation in Nottingham or Derby, please discuss any individual requirements with your School.
