University staff

If you have a new job and need a new home, we may be able to help with the following options:

University accommodation

We have some furnished University Houses located on University Park Campus, in neighbouring Dunkirk and on Sutton Bonington Campus that you can rent for a minimum of three months.

Private accommodation
If you would like to find a house in the private sector, we have a selection of properties offered to staff and their families advertised by Unipol. The University of Nottingham works in partnership with Unipol to provide a fully comprehensive private sector housing service including an online property search.

Short-term accommodation
If you are moving to Nottingham and need somewhere to stay while looking for a house, we have some short-term options for you:

We also offer a hotel reservation service for the majority of hotels in Nottingham and can advise you, with firsthand experience, on the standard and quality of accommodation that will suit your needs.

Staff visitors

If you have visitors that are attending the University and they need somewhere to stay, you can book them the same short-term guest rooms or hotels available to staff, as detailed above. 

Groups
If you have a group of visitors arriving during vacation time, please contact our Conference Office who can advise on wide a range of accommodation options.

Longer visits
If you have visitors staying for longer than three months, our University Houses may be a good option. They are owned and managed by the University and are conveniently located near the campuses.
