The University of Nottingham is delighted to offer 10 x £1,000 tuition fee scholarships for students starting full-time study on one of the Masters by Research (MRes) programmes in the School of Biology at the University in Autumn 2013.
Applicants must be classified as ‘overseas’ students for fees purposes and be applying to study full time. All eligible students who have offers of admission before end May 2013 will automatically be considered for the Scholarships. The scholarship winners will be notified in June 2013.
These scholarships contribute towards the tuition fee (see schedule of full tuition fee for students classified as ‘overseas’ for fees purposes). In addition to the tuition fees for international students, we estimate that in 2013 an international student unaccompanied by relatives will need approximately £800 per month for accommodation, maintenance, recreation and other expenses in the UK.
It is important to note that only students who have been offered a place at the University of Nottingham are eligible to apply for a scholarship.
