Conference labs

The flexible nature of the practical teaching accommodation makes it ideal for use by companies and organisations for short courses, conferences, workshops and exhibitions.

In recent years the teaching laboratories have provided facilities for: an Open University Biology Summer School; a meeting of the British Pharmacological Society; an Intercollegiate Specialty Examination in Neurosurgery; a commercial Molecular Biology Workshop; and courses in orthopaedic surgery, aspiration cytology and skin surgery.
