Practising Dietitians Short Courses

Short Courses For Practising Dietitians

Short courses developed by professionals in the Division of Nutrition designed to update individual knowledge and skills. Taken together these courses can lead to the qualification of PG Cert, PGDip or MSc in Advanced Dietetic Practice. Continuing your professional development is not only a requirement for on-going registration with the Health Professions Council, but it increasingly recognised as important by government, professional  bodies and the public sector.

During your studies with us, you will have the opportunity to:

  • gain a thorough knowledge of the principles of professional development
  • develop skills of critical thinking, problem solving and reflective practice
  • develop practical skills in relation to accepted theories
