We run a suite of co-ordinated Postgraduate programmes in Brewing Science, designed to offer continuing professional development for Brewing industry professionals. The MSc in Brewing Science is the first of its kind in England and is delivered to brewers and maltsters globally via state-of-the-art E-learning technology.

Entry Requirement
Academic Qualifications
Candidates will usually be expected to have a first degree (minimum of second class) in a biological, chemistry, engineering or other relevant science from a university recognised by the University of Nottingham. Relevant workplace experience may, in some circumstances, be accepted as qualification for entry to this course.

Taste of E-learning
Our distance learning courses utilise the latest advances and techniques in e-Learning. To sample one of the many interactive "learning objects" which are a feature of the course, please follow the link below. This will take you to our "virtual yeast cell" which is used to introduce the subject of yeast cytology in a visually striking and easy to assimilate fashion.
