Short Courses for Brewers are designed for people in the brewing and allied industries who want to improve their understanding of the science involved in specific areas of the brewing process. We offer ten courses which are all highly suitable for those aspiring to a career as a practical brewer and which cover disciplines across the brewing process from Raw Materials to Beer Maturation and Filtration.
