 We have a new addition to our suite of Short Courses for Brewers starting in January 2009. Beer Flavour Development runs from late January until late May, concluding with a 4-day residential course based at the University of Nottingham's Sutton Bonington campus. As well as this, two further courses will be running in our spring semester: Brewhouse Processes and Brewery Yeast Management. For further details of any of our courses please email us. |
