Public engagements will involve the construction of key demonstrators of Ubiquitous Computing to be experienced by the general public, drawing on the results of ongoing projects. These will both communicate Ubiquitous Computing research to the general public, as well as soliciting public opinion to inform future policy and debate in this area.
