APESA 2011 ConferenceICBBR are organising next year's annual conference of the Asia-Pacific Economic Science Association. It will be held at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus in central Kuala Lumpur in February 2011. Submissions are invited in all areas of experimental, behavioural and neuroeconomiccs. Visitors
The ICBBR (China Campus) is hosting its first visiting fellow (March 2010). Carrie Lui is currently a lecturer in James Cook University, Queensland, Australia. She has a Ph.D in Information Systems from the Department of Information Systems and Management, Business School, at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her research activities have involved behavioural research related to electronic business, information technology education and virtual reality for medical training. She utilises survey and experiment methodologies in her research. And she also utilises structural equation modelling, social network analysis and association rules mining for data analysis.
In December 2010, Professor David Reisman visited UNNC and gave a public lecture on was Age and Health in Singapore - Some Lessons for a Changing China. This event is part of lecture series hosted by International Centre for Behavioral Business Research (China Campus). David Reisman is a Professor of Economics at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. Previously he was Professor of Economics at the University of Surrey in the UK. He holds a Ph.D. degree from the University of Surrey and a D.Sc.(Econ.) from the University of London. Professor Reisman is the author of a number of books and papers on social and institutional economics. These include SOCIAL POLICY IN AN AGEING SOCIETY (2009), HEALTH CARE AND PUBLIC POLICY (2007) and SCHUMPETER'S MARKET: ENTERPRISE AND EVOLUTION (2004). He was awarded the Gunnar Myrdal Prize in 2006. ICBBR Brown Bag Seminar
The ICBBR members in the UK organise a brown bag seminar twice a month during the term. The idea is to sit around the table, have lunch and discuss any new ideas, designs or working papers.

International and Intercultural Negotiations Conference
Rajesh Kumar organised a conference with the Copenhagen Business School on International and intercultural negotiations. The conference was held in Copenhagen on 8th - 9th April 2010.
Launch Workshop - 31st August - 1st September 2009 in Ningbo, China
ICBBR was launched officially in September 2009 with a workshop in the Ningbo campus. Centre members from the three Nottingham campuses joined together to present their work. More information is available here.
