Welcome to my Nottingham University Business School web pages. I hope that you will find the information here useful.
I've been working in the Business School for 21 years, and teach computing and technology modules on our undergraduate and MBA programmes, as well as being involved in executive education. My research interests span computing and future studies, with my most recent book being A Brief Guide to Cloud Computing (Robinson, 2010). My next book --25 Things You Need to Know About the Future is published by Constable in January 2012.
Outside of the University I am the author of ExplainingComputers.com and ExplainingTheFuture.com and their associated YouTube channels, as well as the 3D Printing Directory. I am a member of the World Future Society, a regular contributor to the Clore Leadership Programme, and make regular appearances on the radio.
