Sally McKechnie - ResearchCurrent Research Activities
I am an Associate Professor in Marketing. Prior to joining Nottingham University Business School, I held marketing positions in the exhibitions and direct marketing industries. I also held a teaching company associateship at the University of Strathclyde. My research interests continue to be in the areas of consumer behaviour and marketing communications, with a particular interest in examining issues relating to customer satisfaction, customer confusion, consumption experiences, as well as policy issues in marketing. I have recently completed projects for the Office of Fair Trading, the Financial Services Research Forum and the Financial Services Authority.
