Leadership for Responsible Business

Strategies for Sustainability

Tackling the challenges and opportunities of responsible business practice

Encouraging and developing responsible business practices that impact positively on society and the environment is a key challenge facing business, government, and civil society. More broadly, responsible business practice is seen as a necessary condition to succeed in the modern economic environment.

The cost of irresponsibility is high, with reputation, trust and brand suffering heavily as a result. In terms of uncertainty, trust is one of the most powerful intangible assets that a company can have. However, responsible business is more than simply an exercise in risk management.

This two-day programme will leave participants with the confidence to make responsible and sustainable business decisions that they feel are good for their business and positive for society as a whole.
