'Inclusive, insightful, independent'
The Financial Services Research Forum is widely acknowledged as the UK’s most inclusive body for advancing the understanding of financial behaviour and promoting the interests of consumers. The Forum is also interested in any developments in the sector and in the global economy that are likely to have profound implications for financial services consumers and their interactions with financial services markets.
It is a unique collaboration among all stakeholder groups in financial services to inform policymakers in the public, private, and voluntary sectors about financial behaviour issues. The Forum is a research centre of the Nottingham University Business School.
Working with a network of practitioners and academics at Nottingham and across the UK, the Forum conducts independent and robust research into aspects of consumer behaviour in retail financial services. Our research places Forum members at the front of development and change in financial services. At a time when the industry faces pressure to change, we can make an important contribution in helping to inform that change.
Please see the Financial Services Research Forum Blog for topical commentary and opinion on matters related to consumers and financial services.
