This study will examine the strategic uses of SCM to maximize the firms' performance level. Specifically, examine the relationship between the capabilities of different SCM components-e.g, logistics capabilities, IT capabilities, Management capabilities & Supply Chain capabilities.etc- and different elements of organization performance such as profitability, sales level and return on assets.
