My research topic is about the effect of mediating factors of social network and upgrading the capability through Learning advantage of newness(LAN) of Malaysian New Venture firms, which will be tested among the Small Medium Enterprises(SMEs).
Research Details:
Researcher try to develop few research objectives and research questions to investigate that how does the specific behavior characteristics of new venture firms will influence the international performance and how does the social network and learning advantage of newness(LAN)will mediate the relationship between the firm's behavior and international performance. This concepts than been portrayed into a conceptual framework based on the existing model of international entrepreneurship (IE) theory (McDougall & Oviatt, 2000).
