Research Topic:
Corporate Entrepreneurship in Multinational Organizations

Research Details:
My research focuses on exploring the notion and workings of corporate entrepreneurship within multinational organizations. An under-researched but highly valuable concept, the research will combine theoretical discussion with an empirical exploration of the area. The methods will include quantitative and qualitative strategies including interviews and large-scale surveys.

My initial research aims are therefore to provide a detailed analysis of the factors involved in corporate entrepreneurship within multinational organizations; to explore the relationship between the innovation process and the individual and how this can be enhanced within a corporate environment.
