Integrated Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Communication Strategy: Examining the construction of CSR identity in organizational strategy and communications

Research Details:
The objective of my research is to examine how a corporation's CSR identity is constructed through its CSR strategy and deployed through processes of internal/external communication. The research will evaluate the sensemaking processes used in the CSR strategy and communications. It will be based within an interpretive perspective and will combine sensemaking, institutional and communication perspectives.
