Research Details:
The title of my research topic is THE UNDERUTILIZATION OF THE GREEN TECHNOLOGY FINANCING SCHEME (GTFS). The context of the problem lies in a developing country that plans to utilise science, technology and innovation to address climate change. The Green Technology Financing Scheme (GTFS) is a RM1.5 billion (GBP 300 million) soft loan called which was launched by the Malaysian Government in 2010 to encourage the participation of entrepreneurs in green technology. The purpose of the study is to assess the interplay between sustainable entrepreneurship and government backed financing.
