Knowledge Accumulation and Access from Project Oriented Activities

Research Details:
Looking at an array of different organisations, I am intending on looking at the processes within organisation that enable firms to access and employ learning that takes place in isolation from main business processes. I will be using an absorptive capacity theoretical perspective to investigate this.
