Welcome to my Nottingham University Business School web pages. On this page you will find information relating to my research, teaching and other activities at the University of Nottingham. I joined the Business School in 2008, having previously worked at the Centre for Automotive Management, Loughborough University Business School.
Research Interests
My primary research interests are Innovation and New Product Development (NPD), particularly the role of inter-organisational relationships and networks in the generation of radical innovations; Strategic Orientations, both market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation and their impact on exporting performance; Consumer Research, including advertising and consumption; and Selling and Sales Management, particularly the selection of sales reps and the importance of pro-social behaviours.
