| Module Content: This module takes a macro level perspective on destinations (country, city, resort) and examines approaches to development and management. Key components of destinations are identified and related to overall strategic objectives. The modules examines destination planning and implementation with particular attention being paid to the challenges of integration both across a range of activities (marketing, HR, operations) and also between tourists and residents. |
