| Module Aims: To enable students to: 1 Understand what is meant by the phrase organizational culture, and especially its genesis, contents and perpetuation. 2 Comprehend some of the more important research issues involved in studying organizational culture. 3 Become familiar with some of the principal models for understanding culture change. 4 Critically assess some of the methods for creating and sustaining culture changes. 5 Consider the linkages between culture, strategy and performance |
