Postgraduate taught students are responsible for arranging their own funding to cover fees and living expenses. It is best to apply early for your course, giving yourself the maximum amount of time to look for available funding.

Business School masters scholarships for 2021/22

Merit-based scholarships

Our Nottingham University Business School Merit-based scholarships are now closed due to the funding limit being reached. Please note any scholarships awarded for September 2021 are only guaranteed for that year of entry. Any student who chooses to defer their offer will not automatically retain their scholarship for the following year.

Postgraduate studentships in the social sciences

Nottingham is part of the Midlands Graduate School ESRC Doctoral Training Partnership, which offers funding opportunities for UK and EU postgraduate students each year, including tuition fee scholarships and money towards living expenses. A number of pathways are available at Nottingham, including Management and Business Studies.

Tuition fee deposit

If you are successful in being offered a place, you will be required to pay a £2,000 tuition fee deposit within a specified period in order to secure your place. The tuition fee deposit is offset against the tuition fee when you register on your MSc course.

If you require a Student Visa to study in the UK this tuition fee deposit is separate and in addition to your £2,000 CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) deposit.
