A study on the 2009 accounts of insurance studies by the Centre for Risk & Insurance Studies (CRIS) at Nottingham University Business School covered 96 insurers and nine composites.
In an article in the FT Adviser's Money Management by Chris O'Brien, Director of CRIS, discusses the study and finds that not all companies focus on profit but it's good to see that many focus on their customers.
