Fees and bursaries

The University of Nottingham offers a wide range of bursaries and scholarships. These funds can provide you with an additional source of non-repayable financial help.

Home students*

There are several types of bursary and scholarship on offer. Visit our financial support pages to find out more about tuition fees, loans, budgeting and sources of funding.

To be eligible to apply for most of these funds you must be liable for the £9,250 tuition fee and not be in receipt of a bursary from outside the University.

International/EU students

The International Office provides support and advice on financing your degree and offers a number of scholarships to help you with tuition fees and living costs.

* A home student is one who meets certain UK residence criteria. These are the same criteria as apply to eligibility for home funding from Student Finance.

The ICAEW Foundation Bursary

As part of The ICAEW Foundation bursary programme, we are very pleased to support Lucy Halford studying for the BA (Hons) Finance Accounting and Management Programme at Nottingham University.

ICAEW Foundation is the charity of ICAEW, a world leader in the accountancy and finance profession. Set up in 2007, the charity has a number of objectives, in particular the support through its bursary programme of talented disadvantaged students who wish to study in the field of finance and accounting. This also sits with ICAEW’s own wider objectives of broadening access to the profession.

The ICAEW Foundation is exceptionally grateful to the members who have donated to the Foundation’s endowment fund, which generated enough income to fund two new bursaries in 2012.

ICAEW Foundation and ICAEW Foundation in Hong Kong offer a limited number of bursaries to assist students pursuing an accountancy or finance related degree.
