Research Details:
How to improve the quality in Community Colleges in King Saudi University in Saudi Arabia? How can Total Quality Management. be applied successfully in Community Colleges in King Saudi University in Saudi Arabia?
Secondary research will be conducted by searching libraries, the web, journals, articles and magazines to find out what has been written about TQM, to establish a proper background to it, and to determine the situation in other advanced countries and developing countries.
Primary research will take place to ascertain the current situation of Community Colleges in King Saud University in Saudi Arabia and specify the weakness and obstacles that can prevent the right implementation of TQM there in order to determine the requirements needed for applying TQM. This primary research will use instruments such as, Questionnaire, Interview, Data Collection and Data Analysis. i.e. using quantitative and qualitative methods (triangulation).
