Why Nottingham

Nottingham University Business School offers a portfolio of Undergraduate degrees within a highly flexible undergraduate learning environment, with our courses designed to cater for a variety of different student interests and career aspirations. The School is a top-ranked international institution offering programmes at Nottingham and the University's two international campuses and is renowned for its excellence in both research and teaching.

In delivering our undergraduate programmes we have a number of key goals: to ensure that students are given the maximum possible opportunity to fulfill their academic potential and excel in their studies; to prepare students for successful careers in management and finance and; to provide an environment in which students are able to develop extracurricular activities that are rewarding in their own right and that help to enhance career prospects.

To achieve these goals our undergraduate programmes have some distinctive features. These include a focus on entrepreneurship in all programmes and the study of business ethics to emphasise a responsible approach to business. We also have an Employer Programme that links our students with top graduate employers throughout their degree. Finally, our Volunteering Programme allows students to take part in voluntary projects which help the local community and provide the opportunity for students to put business knowledge and skills into practice.

In short, studying at Nottingham University Business School will present students with the opportunity to maximise their academic achievements and convert these into a successful career.
