Our strengths

The Careers and Employability Service is an experienced careers service with a long history of working with employers and supporting our students into the world of work.  The quality of our performance has been recognised with awards from the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) and the National Council for Work Experience (NCWE).

Unlike some intermediaries, as a not-for-profit organisation we will ensure that your investment is going to support your recruitment. Our key strengths include:

  • knowledge of The University of Nottingham
  • access to our high calibre students and graduates
  • expertise of our careers and employability specialists
  • variety of services delivered to employers and our students
  • ambition to innovate, improve and expand to become the leading careers service in the UK

Helping you to develop

We are willing to use our expertise to help you develop your services to students and graduates and improve the efficiency of your recruitment initiatives. You can take advantage of:

  • running a focus group on campus for qualitative research of your recruitment initiatives
  • arranging a bespoke survey of student opinion for qualitative or quantitative research
  • tailored advice to organisations around recruiting our students and graduates
  • consultancy services from a team of our specialists for in-depth review of your student and graduate opportunities

Let our collective expertise support you in informing your recruitment strategy and recruiting one of the brightest and the best.

Email Stephen McAuliffe, the Service's Director, to discuss how our consultancy services may benefit your organisation.
