Construction, civil engineering and property

Careers in this sector, also known as built environment, range from civil and building services engineering, surveying or planning, through to those with a strong commercial focus like property management and valuation. 

The usual route into the sector is a recognised professional qualification, sometimes offered as a postgraduate conversion.
