BSc University of Wales 1971, PhD University of Wales 1977. Research Assistant Department of Pharmacology University of Bristol 1974-1977. Lecturer in Zoology1977 Senior Lecturer 1991 University of Nottingham, Visiting Researcher and Fulbright Travelling Scholar University of California Riverside 1988-1989.

Current Research

Arthropods and nematodes also contain many pest and parasites species which have a major impact on human and animal health. Our research aims to understand the molecular mode of action of existing pesticides and to investigate the potential of natural products and natural semiochemicals as safer effective control agents.
