Welcome to HealthyU

Welcome to HealthyU?

Healthy body, healthy mind is a well-used saying, but it is, perhaps, most relevant while you are at University.

Living away from home and managing a busy social calendar, while staying healthy, both in mind and body, is not always easy.

To help you to excel in the classroom, HealthyU is here to provide advice and information on a range of health issues identified as being important to students.

Get information online, at regular hall roadshows or at our annual HealthyU Week.
