We are one of the UK's leading centres for medieval research. Established in 1988, we link Nottingham researchers with interests in medieval cultures, and foster collaboration with international scholars.

The interdisciplinary nature of the Institute makes Nottingham an excellent place to undertake undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral research in medieval studies.
