Associate Professor Cong Cao discusses China's Science Policy

Associate Professor, Cong Cao at the School of Contemporary Chinese Studies, University of Nottingham, is cited several times in the December 9, 2011 issue of Science, the journal of the AAAS. The article, "Focus on China: BIG Science in a BIG Country,"  in the Science Careers section, quotes Cao and other scholars discussing China's efforts to recruit and retain  foreign-educated Chinese scientists who in the past might have chosen to pursue career opportunities abroad.
