Biography

Dr Elizabeth Liddle achieved her degree in music education from the University of York, then studied Architecture and Urban Design at Oxford Brooks University before coming to the University of Nottingham to undertake a PhD in Psychology. She has also in the past taught secondary school music.

Current Research

Dr Liddle's current research interest is translational mental health, in particular ADHD and schizophrenia, as well as neuroimaging. Her work mainly focuses on trying to correct aberrant learning patterns and translating the findings from neuroscience into therapeutic training programs to help people with ADHD and schizophrenia.
