Biography

Victoria Tischler is a chartered psychologist and fellow of the Institute of Mental Health. Victoria's research career began in public health and epidemiology. She then moved to research posts in adult and child psychiatry focusing on maternal and child mental health in families who experienced homelessness. Victoria's doctoral research examined stress and coping theory in homeless mothers. She is currently working on research exploring creativity and mental ill health and is developing and evaluating arts interventions for people with dementia and their carers.
